Role Overview
As a Sales Specialist at Gemini Security, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our industry-leading bot protection platform. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical curiosity, consultative sales skills, and a passion for cybersecurity innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound channels.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
- Solution Proposals: Work closely with technical teams to translate customer requirements into effective solution proposals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales activity and forecast reports.
- Brand Representation: Represent Gemini Security at industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product development and strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B software or SaaS sales, ideally within cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain basic technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering value to customers.
- Fluent in Italian & English.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience selling cybersecurity, anti-fraud, or SaaS solutions.
- Background in lead generation, outbound sales, or account-based marketing.
- Multilingual abilities to support international expansion.
- Exposure to startup environments or fast-growing tech companies.
