Our platform helps e-commerce, fintech, travel, and SaaS companies separate real users from automated abuse—without adding friction to the customer experience.
We’re early-stage and growing fast. As our Account Executive, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we go to market, how we talk to customers, and how we close deals in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity niche.
This is not a “follow the script” role. You help write the playbook.


Role Overview

As an Account Executive (Cybersecurity) at Gemini Security, you will own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification, to discovery, PoVs (Proof of Value), and contract negotiation. You’ll work closely with both prospects and customers to understand how bot traffic affects their business and design tailored solutions with our technical team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical curiosity, a consultative sales mindset, and a genuine interest in cybersecurity and fraud prevention.


What You’ll Do

Commercial & GTM Strategy

  • Contribute to defining Gemini Security’s commercial strategy, ideal customer profile (ICP), and go-to-market channels.
  • Bring structured feedback from customer conversations to help shape positioning, pricing, and messaging.

Pipeline Ownership

  • Identify, reach, and qualify companies most affected by malicious bot traffic (e-commerce, fintech, travel, SaaS, marketplaces, etc.).
  • Engage with decision-makers such as CTOs, CISOs, Heads of Product, and Risk/Fraud leaders.
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end: discovery calls, solution scoping, PoVs, stakeholder alignment, and deal negotiation.

Product Demo & Solution Design

  • Run impactful product demos that clearly show how bots affect revenue, conversion rates, and infrastructure costs.
  • Translate customer pain points into tailored anti-bot deployments in collaboration with engineering and product.
  • Help define PoV success criteria and guide customers through evaluation.

Reporting & Process

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Produce regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
  • Help refine sales processes, playbooks, and outreach templates as we scale.

Brand & Community

  • Represent Gemini Security at industry events, conferences, and online webinars.
  • Build credibility as a trusted advisor in the bot protection and fraud prevention space.

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
  • Proven ability to run consultative sales cycles and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong communication skills: you can explain technical concepts in simple, business-focused language (ROI, risk, revenue impact).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and basic sales automation tools.
  • High degree of ownership, organization, and self-motivation in an early-stage environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling anti-fraud, anti-bot, WAF, cybersecurity, or risk platforms.
  • Previous experience in startups or high-growth tech companies.
  • Background in outbound prospecting, account-based marketing, or lead generation.
  • Additional languages for future international expansion.

Compensation

  • Base salary: €28,000 – €41,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
  • Performance-based incentives: Uncapped variable bonus on sales.
